People often envy the job I do and sometimes I must admit, as far as being work, this ain’t a bad way to earn a living.
These images are from the weekend of the 28/11/2008-30/11/2008. Busy weekend, but a whole lot of fun.

Wedding of Carmel and Geofrey.
Poured with rain just after the ceremony finished and the videographer they hired suggest we go to Rhodes memorial for pictures as it is undercover. It seems a lot of other people also had this idea and there were five bridal couples at Rhodes as well as their bridal parties and even one German photoshoot. Of course with all these people around it made it difficult to try and get shots without people in the picture, anyway the pics came out great and I even managed to poach another shot from the distance with my zoom, see pic2.

Concert for a Cause, The Range, Tokai, Cape Town.
Stopped to snap some pics at this years concert, bummed I could not stay but having not fully mastered the technique of quantum leaping I had no choice but to leave at this time for Kirstenbosch.

What a perfect way to wrap up a good weekend of “working”. The venue was packed and the show was awesome. Looking forward to Freshly Gound next weekend and then Johnny Clegg will be performing on the 21st December 2008 at Kirstenbosch.
